    ▪ As a young Lead Engineer on a new project, my innovative and high-performing oil pump design led directly to our company winning it's first-ever production business with a premier German OEM.
    ▪ With our company facing a daunting deadline on another project for a premier German OEM, I led a Product Development team in creating an all-new design, fabricating and testing a prototype for a new oil pump system with a tandem vacuum pump in only 8 weeks.  Our prototype won the design competition with superior performance and efficiency.  Innovations were generated and patented that led to winning other programs globally.
     ▪ Successfully led our company simultaneously into all-new product lines of variable-displacement vane pumps and electro-hydraulic control systems for those pumps.
